Among other insights we found that there was a special work culture at the office that needed to be preserved in when moving. They had what we called a Fixing mentality. Always helping out if needed. To be sure they would succeed in preserving this fixing mentality we made a manual with easy to put into use ideas.

By using field studies, in-depth interviews and workshops to get insights into the way workers operated in their daily work it became clear how they shared information and collaborated. This gave valuable insight that showed how we could optimize this in the new headquarter.
