By condensing the insights that we gathered from teachers, head masters and experts, we created folders that contained important tools and reflections. The folders gave teachers and head masters information on how to approach inclusion in a practical way. Almost like a  hands on manual.

A part of the new school reform was to include more pupils in the class room than before. The Ministry of Education needed to gain insights into how they could give support and guidance to teachers that need more knowledge and tools for succeeding with inclusion.

Every class room is different. How do you gather insights that are usable for all teachers and their classrooms? And how do you present the gathered knowledge in a way that teachers will pick it up and use it?

Through extensive in-depth interviews with different head masters and teachers from schools that succeeded with inclusion we found practical insights into how to make inclusion work. Workshops with experts in the field of inclusion was used to expand on the knowledge we gathered from the schools.
